All prices quoted including Delivery and Taxes and shown in Indian currency. International Buyers maybe quoted in USD or Euro. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. You will be notified of any price change at the time or order.


Acceptable forms of payment are limited to:

  • Prepaid cash

  • Personal check (under the conditions listed below)

  • Certified Bank or Cashier's Check

  • Bank Transfer

  • International Payments only accepted by Wire Transfer (We only ship Limited Products to Neighbouring countries which includes Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) 

Personal checks will be accepted as payment only after the funds have cleared and been transferred into Vantage Lifestyle Private Ltd(s) account. All merchandise/products remains the property of VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Private Ltd) until payment is finalized. Deposits may be required for special order items. Dealers to pay the Full Dealer Price in advance so that the order can be accepted and processed. 

Shipping / Returns

All items will be shipped Bluedart Surface. Air shipping may be available at additional cost upon request. For International orders, we may elect to ship by DHL Express or Cargo Partner at our discretion. Please note that Trade agreements vary between India and International countries. For this reason, duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of VMC(s) are the full responsibility of the customer as well as any brokerage fess. Please check with us which Products/Brand can be shipped outside India.

VMC Automotive / Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Lt.d does not accept unauthorised returns. In the event that an item must be returned, the customer or the dealer must first contact us, and obtain a return authorisation number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Shipping costs, unless otherwise specifically provided for, are the buyer's responsibility. An invoice with date of sale, must be included with the return package. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) within 14 days of your original receipt of the product. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed or deformed items. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Special order items cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturer's defects. All items eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in cases where the return was caused by our error.  Please note that any damage must be reported to VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) prior to any installation. We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been installer or used.

Damaged items

VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) and its suppliers deliver merchandise/parts to carriers properly protected and packed. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package (i.e. specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. Every package shipped of our facility is Insured. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier and VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) immidiately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical. 

VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) and its dealers, agents, representatives deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Any damage incurred in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged upon arrival, specifically describe the condition of the package on the receipt from your carrier. Notify the carrier immediately if an item is found to be damaged after opening the package. If needed, VMC Automotive will assist the customer and the dealer in your claim to a practical degree.


Unless otherwise noted, all of VMC Automotive(s) (Vantage Lifestyle Private Ltd) products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Private Ltd) will pass this warranty on to original buyer. Parts purchased used or through unauthorized distribution channels will no longer carry a warranty whatsoever. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer shall notify VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Private Ltd) immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.


Many products sold by VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) may not be TUW / JWL / EC approved for highway use on public roads. These products are designed for show, off-road or racing applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of high performance products and holds VMC Automotive (Vantage Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.) and its owners harmless of any liability.
